Refund policies
Our policy provides a 30 day deadline for returns. If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For different types of goods, returns are excluded.
Items for which returns are excluded: gift vouchers, health and personal care items. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing due to causes unrelated to our error. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days. Sale Items: Only full priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for items on sale.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at shop@theluxuryparfum.com.
Gifts :If at the time of purchase the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of the your return.
Shipping costs for returning the item are free and refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be included in the refund. Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.
If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
