General informations

Theluxuryparfum sells perfumes supplied only by official supplier in the United States, New York.

Payments

We accept VISA, Master Card, American express, Discover and Pay Pal. Please not that available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We do not currently offer cash on delivery when purchasing online.

Return policies

We offer free returns from the date you recevied your order. Please make sure to put the product in the original packaging before sending them back to us. All products are subject to inspections once recevied before refunding. For detailed informations, consult our page "Refund Policies"

Once we recevied your item, your refund will be initiated. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to modify your order is to contact our support. If an order is despatched we will not able to make changes to your order.

Shipments

Orders are processed within one business day. Shipping times are generally 2-3 or 5 in United States and for international shipments from 7 to 12 working days, this depends on the place of delivery. You can track your order on the "Track my order" page or register on the courier's website.

Courier tracking will provide you with up-to date information about your package. If it crashes or is never delivered to you, contact our support and we can asssist you with the next steps. 

The possibility of receiving a defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take a photo of the product clearly showing the defect and contact our support to check if it is eligible for replacement.

We offer free shipping over 100 USD in both the United States and international, for product under 100 USD, costs are calculated at chekout.
